MAP & DIRECTIONS

TRAVELING FROM THE WEST
Follow Interstate 90 (NYS Thruway) East to exit 39, Interstate 690. Take I-690 East to exit 13, I-81 South. Take I-81 South to exit 18, Adams & Harrison Streets exit. The exit ramp will place you underneath the highway, follow this for two blocks, then turn left onto Adams Street.

TRAVELING FROM THE EAST
Follow Interstate 90 (NYS Thruway) West to exit 36, I-81 South. Take I-81 South to exit 18, Adams & Harrison Streets exit. The exit ramp will place you underneath the highway, follow this for two blocks, then turn left onto Adams Street.

TRAVELING FROM THE SOUTH
Follow Interstate 81 North to exit 18, Adams & Harrison Streets exit. At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Adams Street.

TRAVELING FROM THE NORTH
Follow Interstate 81 South to the Adams & Harrison Streets exit. At the end of the exit ramp, follow the signs to Adams street under the freeway. Turn left onto Adams Street.

Once on Adams Street
Proceed on Adams Street (passing University Hospital complex on the right) at the third traffic light, turn right onto University Avenue. After two blocks University Avenue will end at the intersection of Waverly Avenue, the Syracuse University Sheraton Hotel entrance will be on your left. Turn left at the intersection onto Waverly Avenue.

Proceed on Waverly Avenue for 2 blocks, passing Walnut Avenue and the Syracuse University Library. The Robert B. Menschel Media Center is located on your right (316 Waverly Avenue).

PARKING
Paid parking is available in the Booth Garage at the intersection of Comstock and Waverly Avenues, diagonally across the street from Light Work. There is also metered parking in front of the Syracuse University Library, on Walnut Avenue, and on Comstock Avenue across from Booth Garage. Light Work's gallery and office and the Community Darkrooms facility are located on the main floor of the Robert B. Menschel Media Center.

LIGHT WORK GALLERIES
Light Work operates multiple gallery spaces. The Light Work Main Gallery, Hallway Gallery, Community Darkrooms Gallery, and the flat panel display are located in the Robert B. Menschel Media Center at 316 Waverly Avenue. The Robert B. Menschel Photography Gallery is located at the Schine Student Center, three buildings west of Light Work.
