Spaces In Motion: Student Showcase

A screening of short video works by students from Syracuse University’s College of Visual and Performing Arts, the School of Architecture, and the student-run video club Boost Your Guys. These experimental pieces and short research-driven essays explore intersections of body, technology, architecture, and society.

Society for New Music Presents: Shoes

Join Society for New Music on May 18 in the Everson Plaza for a screening of Shoes (1916), a dramatic silent film by Lois Weber, one of the most important and prolific directors of early cinema. The film will be projected on the Everson facade by UVP and will be accompanied by an original score composed by Olivia Kieffer and performed live by percussionists.

Featuring performers Anthony Calabrese, Andrea Scheibel, Jason Schirripa, Jen Vacanti and conductor Heather Buchman.
