Asha Schechter is an artist, writer, and publisher. His work deals with the particular characteristics of images. Solo and two-person exhibitions include Jenny’s, Escolar, and Shane Campbell Gallery. Group exhibitions include LACMA, fondation van Gogh and Charim Galerie. He co-runs a press called Apogee Graphics out of an office in the Bonaven- ture hotel. He received his MFA from UCLA.
